Q. How quickly can you
complete a custom puzzle for me?
A. Many custom puzzles
can be delivered within 1 - 3 weeks after receiving you completed
order. The final timeline will depend upon the size and complexity of
the puzzle. Please call to discuss the options for your puzzle.
Q. How do I place an
order?
A. For questions,

puzzle.
Q. What form of
payments do you accept?
A. PayPal,
Visa/Mastercard, and personal checks are currently accepted.
Q. How do I get my
picture to you for a custom puzzle?
A. Emailing a digital
photo is preferred. If you only have a print (that is important
to you), it is suggested that you have it scanned at your local service
bureau. Many UPS stores, FedEx depots, Staples and Office Depots have
copy centers that offer this service. If you need to send the original
photo/artwork to be scanned by Fireside Puzzles, please use a reputable
service that offers insurance and delivery confirmation.
Q. Do you offer a
satisfaction guarantee?
A. You must be
completely satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship of
your Fireside Puzzle. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please
contact us within 30 days of receiving your puzzle. If we cannot solve
the problem, we will cheerfully refund your purchase price upon return
of the puzzle to us.
Q. What kind of
materials do you use?
A. Picture puzzle
artwork is mounted on 5-ply, 1/4” Baltic Birch, void-free plywood
or equivalent with the back sanded to a smooth finish. Game puzzles,
seasonal ornamental puzzles, and 3-D children’s puzzles without
pictures are cut out of selected hardwoods and are finished with
food-safe mineral oil. All puzzles except 3-D children’s puzzles
may present a choking hazard for children under 3 years old.
Q. What age groups are
your puzzles targeted for?
A. All puzzles are
appropriate for ages 8 to adult, and with the exception of 3-D
children’s puzzles, may present a choking hazard for children
under 3 years old. Children should be supervised by an adult around all
puzzles.
